What is Agent Chat?

There's two modules to Agent Chat, the first is the module that is embedded in your Web sites. This is the module that your site visitors will use and interact with you. The second module is the administration back end that you will use to chat with your visitors.

I'm an active agent I don't have time to chat?

We completely understand your situation that's why we are partnering with virtual assistants to help you maintain your Agent Chat. We also have a feature if you are not available to chat then the user is taken to a lead capture form.

Have a team or an office?

Agent Chat will scale to meet your needs from 1 to 700 agents. In a multi-agent set up you can have a person screen and qualify the lead before passing the chat on to an agent.
