URLSender was a mobile application designed for Nook, iOS, and Android that allowed users to seamlessly transfer URLs between devices on the same network.
The idea came from a common frustration—reading an article on a PC and wanting to continue on a phone. Typing out long URLs was tedious, so URLSender provided a quick and easy solution.
How It Worked:
- Open URLSender on the first device
- Paste or type the URL to transfer
- Open URLSender on the receiving device
- Hit the Transfer button
- The URL appeared in the History list on the second device
- Tap the URL to open it in a web browser
While URLSender is no longer available, it provided a convenient way to share web links without the hassle of manual entry.
